When a twelve year-old boy suddenly starts talking to himself and asking strange questions, his parents think it is just a passing Phase. But then Matthew starts doing things that he couldn’t do before and tells them about ‘Chocky’ who is inside his head.
When his parents choose to seek advice, the results surprise them… Does Chocky really exist?
Only when Matthew is kidnapped do they begin to understand who Chocky is, where she comes from and what she wants.
